Metal Work (Italy, founded 1967) started as a workshop making push-in fittings for compressed-air systems and has grown into a group focused on industrial pneumatic automation, headquartered in Concesio (Brescia), Lombardy, with more than 50 subsidiaries worldwide and over 800 staff in technical and commercial roles.
The actuator range covers ISO 15552 standard cylinders (BTY, ILT), ISO 21287 compact cylinders (CMPC, LINER), ISO 6432 mini cylinders, Multifix guided compact, PU rodless cylinders, SWC / SWH swing-clamp cylinders and stainless-steel cylinders. The handling line adds P1–P12 parallel, angular and three-jaw grippers, R1–R3 vane rotary units and S10–S13 slides. The newer ELEKTRO electric-cylinder series and the V-Lock high-precision modular system round out the motion side of the catalogue.
